What we did

Rear projection onto a 16 ft screen so presenters could stand in front of it
Hardware switching with preview. The deck was rehearsed twice with the real file
Lectern gooseneck, two wireless handhelds and a lav spare
Pipe and drape masking the service wall behind the stage
Operator on headset with the client's show caller throughout
Room turned to a dance floor in the fifteen minutes after the last award
