How these are collected. We are rebuilding the review count on the Google Business Profile from a low base. We will not seed it with reviews from people who were not customers, and we will not offer anything in exchange for one: both are prohibited and the second is actionable under Canada's Competition Act. If we have worked for you, a review genuinely helps, and we will ask you once and then leave it alone.
