Includes print, frame, delivery, install and strike. The printed panel is yours to keep and reuse; re-installation on a later date is $180.

Getting the artwork right

  • Matte, never gloss. Every photograph taken here will have a flash pointed at it.
  • Logos no smaller than 6 inches tall. Smaller and they are unreadable in the crop.
  • Rotate the tile, do not grid it. A straight grid means one badly placed head hides an entire logo row.
  • Keep the bottom 24 inches quiet. It is behind people's legs in every shot.
  • Vector artwork, or raster at 150 dpi at final size. A logo pulled off a website will look like a logo pulled off a website.

Send artwork five business days before the event. Rush is possible at two days for an extra $150.

Check your date

The first question is always whether the date is open. Start there: the rest takes two minutes.

Name the venue if it is booked. If you are still choosing, leave this blank. The date is enough to start.
3. When is it?
If the date is not fixed, choose the first day of the month you are aiming for and tell us in the notes. Popular Saturdays often book nine to twelve months ahead. Short-notice dates are still worth asking about.

Two separate permissions, because in Canadian law they are two separate things. Ticking one never ticks the other, both are optional, and neither changes how we handle your booking.

Common questions

How much is a step and repeat in Toronto?

From $400 for 8 × 8 ft printed, framed, delivered and installed. An 8 × 16 ft is around $850.

What artwork format do you need?

Vector (AI, EPS, PDF) preferred, or raster at 150 dpi at final size. Five business days before the event; rush at two days is $150 extra.

Matte or gloss?

Matte, always. Gloss reflects every flash in the room and the logos disappear.

Can we keep the printed panel?

Yes, it is yours. Re-installing it for a later event is $180.

Do you supply the red carpet too?

Yes. $120 for a 3 × 10 ft runner in red, black or grey.
