The destination brief

Designed around the place, not dropped into it.

A beach terrace behaves nothing like a Toronto ballroom. Wind, power, sound limits and the hotel schedule shape the plan before a playlist does.

  • Ceremony to last songOne run of show across every part of the venue.
  • Local production inventoryOutdoor-ready equipment sourced for Türkiye’s power and climate.
  • One written numberVenue, travel and production scope stated before you book.

What we do here

Start with the kind of night. We will shape the production around the venue.

Music shaped with you

A Persian wedding should feel personal.

From the aghd through Bandari and 6/8, the language, timing and family cues are part of the production, not an add-on arranged after the room is built.

Tell us about the night

Start with the date and the town. If the venue is not chosen yet, that is normal. Most people book us before they book the room.

Estimate Shown on each option above Planning range in euros. Your written quote is fixed before anything is booked. Turkish lira is available for clients resident in Türkiye, and Turkish VAT is shown separately where it applies.

The hotel, beach club or villa. If it is not chosen yet, say so. That is normal at this stage.
3. When is it? Step 3 of 5
Choose a time window
If the date is not fixed yet, pick the first day of the month you are aiming at. Twelve months is comfortable for a Saturday in June to September, and three months is the least most venues here will take. April, May and October move faster. Under three months, ask anyway: sometimes a date is open.

Two separate permissions, and they stay separate: ticking one never ticks the other. Both are optional and neither changes how we handle your enquiry. The legal frame, if you want it: in the EU and the UK this is your consent under GDPR and the ePrivacy rules; in Türkiye, under KVKK. Emshab is a Canadian company, so Canadian law governs what we send from our end as well.

No payment now, and nothing is held until a deposit is agreed. We reply within one working day, Istanbul time.

Common questions

What is Emshab?

Emshab is Farsi for "tonight". It is an event production company (DJ, live music, sound, lighting and staging) working two markets: Toronto in Canada, and Alanya on the Turkish Riviera.

What does an event in Alanya cost?

Destination weddings start at €2,400. Corporate and incentive work starts at €2,000, private parties at €1,200, and production without a DJ at €600. Quotes are fixed in euros in writing before you book.

Which areas do you cover?

The Alanya district (Oba, Tosmur, Kestel, Mahmutlar, Kargıcak, Cikcilli, Konaklı and Avsallar) with no travel charge, plus Manavgat, Side and Gazipaşa with a stated travel line. Antalya city is about two hours and quoted openly.

When is the season?

Weddings run May to October and peak June to September, when venues commonly add 20 to 30 per cent. April, May and October are the shoulder and quietly the best weather. Nowruz, on 20 or 21 March, is its own separate season here.

Do you speak Farsi or Turkish?

No. DJ services and planning are provided in English, and Emshab does not provide MC services. The Farsi pages are translated website information only. If your event needs Farsi or Turkish announcements, arrange a suitable host or MC and we will coordinate their cues and microphones.

Do you bring your equipment from Canada?

No. Türkiye runs 230 V at 50 Hz on a different plug standard, temporary import runs on an ATA Carnet with real conditions, and salt air is hard on equipment. The Alanya inventory is local; only controllers, laptops and headphones travel.
