What we did

Everything in through the pedestrian-zone delivery window in one run
System aimed at the guests rather than the room, to keep the stone from ringing
Warm amber uplighting on the timber; no blue, which fights the wood badly
Distro brought in. The room's power provision is thin for a full rig
Level managed carefully for the residential neighbours and the 1am curfew
