Why the Antalya region gets this work
Antalya took 17.12 million visitors in 2025 and it did not do that on beach holidays alone. The region has large-format resort capacity, an international airport with direct routes across Europe, and a cost base that makes a five-day incentive trip land inside a budget that would buy three days in Spain. Türkiye also hosts COP31 in Antalya in November 2026, which is doing to the region’s business-events profile what a major summit always does.
Alanya sits ninety minutes to two hours east of Antalya city. Gazipaşa–Alanya airport, thirty minutes from town, took just under a million passengers in 2025 and carries seasonal routes from Scandinavia, Germany, the Netherlands and Romania. For a group of eighty in a single resort, Alanya is frequently the cheaper and quieter answer.
What we cover
- Gala dinners and awards nights. Staging, lectern, screens, playback, walk-on music and a compère who can hold a room in English.
- Welcome and closing parties. The first night sets the tone of the whole trip and it is usually the one nobody budgeted properly.
- Conference and breakout AV. Projection, screens, lectern sound, radio mics and a technician in the room for the whole session.

For DMCs and agencies
We work as a production supplier under a destination management company or an agency as readily as direct. That means a rider before the day, a named contact reachable on WhatsApp through the build, an out time that is honoured, and an invoice in euros against a purchase order. It also means we will flag a problem in your schedule the week before rather than on the night.
Agency payment terms and any insurance documentation required by the venue are confirmed in writing before the booking proceeds.
Planning figures only. Your event is priced after we know the venue, guest count and production scope. The written quote you approve is the figure that applies to your booking.

Start with the date and the town. If the venue is not chosen yet, that is normal. Most people book us before they book the room.
Common questions
Do you invoice in euros?
Yes. Euro invoice, bank transfer, and a purchase order where your finance team needs one. Turkish lira invoicing is available for clients resident in Türkiye.
Can you work under our DMC?
Yes, and most of our corporate work here does. We answer to the DMC’s schedule and keep the client relationship where it belongs.
How much notice do you need for a group?
Six weeks is comfortable for a standard gala. In peak season, longer, because the constraint is the venue and the crew rather than us.
Do you cover Antalya city and Side?
Yes. Manavgat and Side are within the normal working radius; Antalya city is about two hours and we quote the travel as a line item instead of burying it.
